Our Story in Pictures

It happened one night at a small church in Torrance; it was an affair to remember; a modern times love story. Previous months of Sunday night casual friendship unexpectedly became a west side story involving two un-ordinary people, taking them on a fantastic voyage they never would have imagined. Tim, the thin man, the quiet man, Cailin, the pretty women, and recently the graduate, became moonstruck with each other after Tim's 24-hour bike relay race. With a look of exhaustion, Cailin saw Tim's desperate need of a back massage, and breaking away from convention, she was able to deliver just the right stuff and ease his pain. Little did they know that that back massage and God's glory would be a new hope for their lives. Losing all sense and sensibility love threw them into vertigo, opening up a field of dreams from here to eternity with each other. In no time at all they were gone with the wind, singing in the rain, and all that jazz. And now every day uttering terms of endearment, without a shadow of a doubt, they prepare their lives together. This is for some a risky business, but for them their togetherness is the sound of music to their ears. It's a wonderful life God's led them to, and their union on November 5th will just be the start of it. For them their wedding day* will feel like the day the earth stood still after they are combined as one, in faith and love: in unity.

(*And the awful truth some say is that that moment will be as good as it gets, but we pray that with God's grace, and your support - our friends and family - our wedding day is only the beginning of the best years of our lives.)
